Primary Function

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated digital production specialist, to lead our content creation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and distributing digital content across various platforms, including short and long form video, audio, and ideally written content. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the creative vision and strategy for our creative teams, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to conceptualise and execute innovative and effective digital content that delivers results. This supervisory role requires a unique blend of operational expertise and creative flair, requiring you to balance tactical planning with innovative thinking. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Service Delivery Manager - EMEA.
  • Responsible for the creative output of the service, from vision and strategy to execution.
  • Working alongside the Technical Production Supervisor to oversee the creation, production, and distribution of high-quality digital content, including video, audio, and written content.
  • Ensure all teams collaborate throughout the production lifecycle and planning activities.
  • Manage a diverse team of creative professionals, including Producers, Editors, and Graphics
  • Experts, to deliver high-quality content that exceeds expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to nurture creativity, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
  • Provide strategic leadership and accountability for large-scale projects and campaigns, ensuring that all creative output has clear goals and expectations, and empower team members to take ownership of their work and make decisions that drive results.
  • Creative and quality control of all products produced by the Service, to ensure content is delivered to the highest creative standards following industry trends and brand guidelines.
  • Interact effectively with Producers and Clients to support brief development and evaluate alternative creative solutions.
  • Manage the conceptualization process to create and translate abstract concepts into effective visual form for all digital channels.
  • Lead creative storytelling & storyboarding sessions during conceptualization stages.
  • Develop a skills matrix and smart objectives to ensure the development of the team inline with the service vision and industry best practice.
  • Analyze data related to digital content performance to inform future content creation and distribution decisions.
  • Continually seek opportunities to inspire our customers and deepen client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive recommendations for change.
  • Resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 8+ years experience in digital creative content production.
  • Experience leading and inspiring a team of digital production specialists.
  • Comfortable with C Level executive interactions.
  • Extremely organized and outstanding communicator.
  • A growth mindset and be adaptable to change.
  • Strong understanding of digital content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Able to focus on multiple tasks with many moving parts all at the same time.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data related to digital content performance and make informed decisions based on that data
  • A passion for creating innovative and engaging digital content that is engaging and drives results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Apple Keynote.
  • Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Ability to motivate and focus cross functional teams to reach challenging goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Ability to travel if needed.

Education & Experience

  • Experience working with content creators within social media (preferred).
  • Experience working in a managed service environment (preferred).
