About the Role:


As the Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel based in Cayman Islands, you will provide comprehensive hospitality support to the General Manager, ensuring that exceptional quality and service are consistently delivered to our owners and guests. You will lead and mentor the F&B team, oversee all aspects of service preparation and delivery, and maintain high standards of customer care and operational efficiency. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience and uphold the values and vision of the establishment.

About You:

  • You possess a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations.
  • You are a proactive leader with the skills to mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism when addressing feedback.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including alcoholic drinks, menu offerings, and operational procedures.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
