A leading Fortune 500 tech solutions provider is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their growing London team You will report directly to the UK Head of Legal, Risk, Ethics & Compliance and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant movement of goods across the company's affiliates (excluding US & Canada).


What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (local & global) to ensure end-to-end compliance with trade and export control regulations for all shipments. This includes overseeing operational processes, export licensing, and product classification (including supporting country-of-origin determinations).
  • Develop a scalable trade framework built on efficient, technology-driven processes (think smart tools, templates, and IT-embedded controls) to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.


What We're Looking For:

  • Trade and export control expertise
  • 8+ years of experience managing international trade compliance
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a growth mindset
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems efficiently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (across US, UK, Canada)


Bonus Points for:

  • Familiarity with free trade agreements
  • Tech-savviness and experience with trade compliance software
  • Knowledge of EU, British Commonwealth, and UAE trade regulations
  • Team leadership experience
  • Willingness for occasional travel (less than 10%)
