We seek an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our client's team. This Bournemouth based management company delivers tailored solutions, using advanced technology and adhering to strict industry codes.


This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the company's growth and success. The role is pivotal in driving the expansion of its client base across key sectors, including local authorities, residential properties, hotels, retail, NHS Trust sites, and universities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage potential clients across key sectors, positioning the company's solutions as a market leader.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to contract signing, adopting a consultative approach to meet client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s expansion goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in technology.
  • Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.


Candidate Profile


  • Demonstrable experience in a sales role.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Skilled in closing deals via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Analytical thinking and a strategic approach to planning and executing sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence.
