Responsibilities:


Collaborate with partner organisations to analyse their skilling needs and create comprehensive training plans, focusing on AI fluency, Copilot for M365, Azure Open AI, and Security.

Build effective relationships with partner organisations throughout their AI journey, engaging with end-users, developers, and C-suite stakeholders.

Evangelise complex programmes to gain buy-in from stakeholders and partner organisations, demonstrating the value and impact of the programme.

Maintain a robust pipeline of training opportunities, aligning them with strategic priorities.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of AI skills investments to technical and business C-level audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in at all levels.

Contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects, including project planning, financial management, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design compliant, complex programmes from initiation to delivery.

Track success criteria and performance metrics, collecting feedback from partner organisations and using data analytics to provide insights and optimise programmes.


Qualifications:


Proven expertise in Microsoft skilling content, particularly Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Azure Data and AI, and Fabric.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective skilling strategies.

Strong organisational and event management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Track record of successful partner engagement and support.

Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and skilling.
