We are currently seeking an ambitious customer service professional to join us as a Customer Program Manager (Shannon, Ireland).

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Program Manager, you will manage contract customers via regular meetings both face to face and via Teams, providing monthly reports, managing KPIs and the order book. You will also seek out new sales opportunities to support our sales function.

You will be responsible for managing daily sales and quotes and liaising with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure aerospace parts are moved through our Supply Chain to reach the customer in a timely manner. You will be the voice of Incora providing first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation.

In addition to managing the quotes, you will also process the weekly sales invoices.

About You

You will be a motivated self-starter, have excellent attention to detail; resilient, with an ability to work confidently using your own initiative. Understanding and actioning the customer requirements will be at the heart of everything you do. Intermediate excel skills are a must for this role.

  • Starting salary between 31,000 to 35,000 euros dependent on experience.
