About the role
An exceptional opportunity at Optoma Europe Ltd. for a dynamic individual to develop and drive our marketing activities across the diverse territory of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The high level of expectation and responsibility of this strategic role should be matched by the candidate’s personal career ambitions.
The EMEA Marketing Manager has dual reporting to the Global Brand Strategy Office and Managing Director EMEA, while leading a team of local marketeers spanning multiple countries. The role is responsible for the coordination and execution of EMEA local tactical marketing activity, while influencing global strategic marketing campaigns and deliverable assets.
Candidates should be prepared for frequent travel among the Optoma Europe Ltd. subsidiary offices. The role will be based from the UK head office with up to 50% hybrid working available.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the pan-EMEA marketing organisation & resource through all key marketing vehicles:
- Website, SEO, Social & email marketing
- Partner marketing assets
- Corporate exhibition ownership
- Local exhibition support
- Promotional campaign support
- Training and webinars
Engage and collaborate closely with stakeholders from multiple business units and territories
Inspire and captivate internal sales groups and external partners through effective campaign delivery
Drive the EMEA marketing needs upstream to influence Global deliverables and strategy
Execute strategic Optoma Global initiatives to enhance brand visibility, value and business growth
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 European languages, spoken and written
- Minimum Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years work experience in marketing related roles, preferably leading teams
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding communications skills
- Experience in Sales or Product Management favourable, but not essential
