You will be based in their Hemel Hempstead offices, with the flexibility to work from home one day each week.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing Assistant

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the national marketing strategy and retail calendar, supporting various campaigns and local initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing information systems for different centers.
  • Support the rollout of marketing campaigns, including planning, asset creation, and copywriting for various media channels (e.g., social media, outdoor advertising, radio, print).
  • Collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials and aid in content development for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Travel to different centers as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing activities to assess their effectiveness.
  • Assist centers and regional teams with initiatives aimed at customer attraction, engagement, and retention.
  • Keep essential systems updated, including print and stock management tools, digital screen content, and the asset management library.
  • Manage relationships with print vendors to ensure accurate brand representation.
  • Enhance the customer experience and maintain the marketing sections of the company's intranet.
  • Accurately log and code marketing invoices, proofread marketing materials, and ensure precision in customer-facing information.
  • Assist with events, competitor analysis, internal communication of marketing strategies, and the competition process.
  • Organize meetings, focus groups, and workshops.
  • Provide coverage for Marketing Executives during their absence.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of B2C marketing experience.
  • A marketing qualification (CIM or Degree) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written and numerical skills.
