We are collaborating with a prominent hospitality and entertainment organization located in Hertfordshire. With a workforce exceeding 1700 and over 60 venues throughout the UK, they stand as the leading entity in their industry, delivering enjoyable experiences for individuals of all ages. With ambitious growth strategies, including new venue openings and product launches, it is an exciting time to become part of their expanding and dynamic marketing team.

Your role will be based in their Hemel Hempstead offices, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the national marketing strategy and retail calendar, supporting campaigns, significant trading periods, and local initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing information systems for various locations.
  • Support the rollout of marketing campaigns, including planning, asset development, and copywriting for paid media channels (e.g., social media, outdoor advertising, radio, print).
  • Collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials and aid in content creation for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Travel to various locations as necessary, which may include occasional overnight stays.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activities to assess their effectiveness.
  • Assist regional teams and centers with initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining customers.
  • Keep essential systems updated, including print and inventory management tools, digital screen content, and the asset management library.
  • Manage relationships with print vendors to ensure accurate brand representation.
  • Enhance the customer experience and maintain the marketing sections of the company's intranet.
  • Accurately log and code marketing invoices, proofread marketing materials, and ensure precision in customer-facing content.
  • Support event planning, competitor analysis, internal communication of marketing initiatives, and the competition process.
  • Organize meetings, focus groups, and workshops.
  • Provide coverage for Marketing Executives during their absence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2C marketing experience.
  • A marketing qualification (CIM or Degree) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written and numerical skills.
