Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist

Location: Redditch (3 days a week)

Contract: 3 months

Rate: £200 per day (Outside IR35)

About the Role:

I am looking for a skilled Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist for 3-month contract. This role is based in Redditch for 3 days a week and pays £200 per day, outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Content Square to analyse and optimise customer journeys.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of optimisation plans.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer journey optimisation.
  • Proficiency in using Content Square.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
