Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Salary: £26,500 per annum


Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30. Some weekend hours may be requested post-training.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Provide responsive and effective email support to customers.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with team members to handle refunds, renewals, pharmacy requests, and doctor inquiries.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a high standard of professionalism and excellent English language skills in all customer interactions.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, high-quality customer experiences.


Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Immediate availability to start.

•⁠ ⁠Based in the UK with the legal right to work.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.

•⁠ ⁠Flexibility to work weekends if needed.

•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in customer support, specifically handling emails.
