Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office) + occasional travel around Nordics

Contract Type: Full-Time, 12-Month initial contract

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Manager with exceptional experience in managing and executing marketing programs and events within the EMEA region, particularly focusing on the UK market. This role is essential for building our client's brand in the UK and across pan-EMEA events, alongside generating and developing high-quality leads and pipeline for the sales team.


You will be part of the regional marketing team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, collaborating closely with Brand, Digital Demand Generation, Communications, and Product Marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and enhance the company's brand positioning in the UK and EMEA region.
  • Event Marketing: Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, workshops, and exclusive in-person gatherings, ensuring these events deliver measurable results in terms of lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand and engagement, collaborating with digital, content, and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and effectively support sales efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize the ROI of campaigns and events.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to measure the success of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including promotional emails, invitations, and other event-related communications.


Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on event marketing and campaign management. Experience in the enterprise software or SaaS industries is highly beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with excellent project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress, Coda, and other marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Travel: Ability to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions as needed.
