Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Fractional Business Development & Sales Leader at Aarav Solutions. The role involves leading business development and sales initiatives, generating leads, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. The position is primarily located in the UK, with the flexibility for remote work.
There is a team of people offshore who will provide the necessary Sales Operations support.
Qualifications
- Proven Lead Generation expertise
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Familiarity with CRM & ERP software and lead management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members and management spread across the globe
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Communications Applications and / or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.
- Should have extensive contacts in the Telecommunications / Large Enterprises and be able to open doors for business opportunities
Other Information
- Why fractional - Management prefers the flexibility to scale involvement based on business needs and budget
- Looking at a 6 month term initially that could be extended based on traction and closure.
