Partnerships Manager

Branchworks is a UK based specialist partnerships consultancy, focused on helping companies to generate more revenue with partners. We’re looking for a dedicated full-time Partnerships Manager to join our team and bring their expertise in partnership management to our clients on a fractional/part-time basis. While you’ll be an integral part of Branchworks full-time, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve embedding within our clients’ teams on fractional placements, helping them grow their partner ecosystems and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong, trusting relationships with partners and client stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively, listen actively, and address needs proactively will be key to success.
- Partner Management: Represent Branchworks as you work directly with clients on their partnership goals, aligning closely with their teams to develop and grow their partner ecosystems.
- Revenue Growth: Drive results by managing and recruiting partners to meet client revenue targets.
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit new partners to expand our clients' partner ecosystems, contributing to overall growth and market presence.
- Partner Enablement: Work with both clients and partners to ensure they have the resources, training, and tools they need to maximise the potential of their partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with both Branchworks and client teams to align on partnership strategy, technical needs, and goals.
Experience:
- Experience: At least 2 years in partnership management, ideally in the data & AI space. We’re looking for the right person to join the team, and we’re committed to training you in the skills needed to succeed.
