Were seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Reception Manager to lead our reception team in developing a hosted home for our members and guests. You will be inspiring and passionate about developing team members, sharing your knowledge and previous experience of luxury hospitality. Driven by providing exceptional service, you will be responsible for ensuring a personalised member and guest journey throughout their stay.

Who we are looking for?

  • Previous reception management experience within a luxury hospitality brand or private estate.
  • Proficient at using different hospitality computer systems such as Opera, Knowcross, Seven Rooms.
  • A coach and a mentor, with a passion for team development.
  • Ideally, a full, clean UK drivers license and someone aged over 25 years.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

This role is made up of a base rate of £42,500 per annum, plus discretionary annual bonus.
