Our client is a Luxury RTW label, who has seen phenomenal growth over recent years. They’re looking to strengthen their operational functions and they are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team.


Based in their London office, they are looking for someone who has experience within fashion wholesale who can come in and hit the ground running.


You must be someone who understands the end-to-end logistics process, both inbound and outbound shipments from the suppliers to the wholesale customers.


It is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and hit the ground running, and for someone who can give ideas on how to improve processes and possibly streamline them to make the team more efficient.



Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to:

  • Working within the team, work through all inbound and outbound shipments from factories through to the wholesale accounts.
  • An understanding and knowledge of working with 3PL and transport partners, ensuring all correct documentation and packaging details accompany each shipment as required
  • Working with the team to ensure all returns, exchanges and stock swaps are manged and co-ordinated, ensuring stock levels are always updated.
  • Working closely with finance on any credit / debit notes required
  • System Management (Zedonk) – ensuring all details are inputted and any stock reconciliation is made
  • Dealing with any delivery queries from the wholesale customers
  • Support the Management team on strategic led projects
  • Be able to extract data and manipulate the results to make informative decisions and create action plans


Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic team, in an adaptable and fluid manner. Have a strong work ethic, with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, including excel – able to use Pivot tables and V-look ups with ease
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a positive can-do attitude.
  • A lateral thinker with a positive approach to problem solving and seeking solutions.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail, be numerate and analytical
  • Strong all-round IT skills, ideally with experience of using Zedonk


This is an onsite role for the initial probation period, 1-2 days WFH following this.
