Events are a crucial part of Dexory’s marketing strategy to raise both brand and solution awareness across the globe. As an experienced Events Coordinator, based fortnightly in Wallingford, you will plan dynamic and engaging events to drive new business and strengthen our unique brand with our commercial team.



Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


  • Developing strong ties to sponsors and customers
  • Driving and coordinating new business compelling events
  • Leading and overseeing Dexory’s annual events programme covering conferences, seminars, sponsorship, hospitality, external exhibitions and external conferences
  • Measurement and analysis to gauge effectiveness of the event programme against marketing plans and objectives
  • Developing campaigns to advertise and promote Dexory’s participation through online and offline channels
  • Planning, developing and project managing Dexory’s owned events, from managing themes/topics, sourcing conference speakers, venue management, and overall deliverance of the event(s)


Requirements


  • Experience in a similar B2B in house role is essential; you will have a proven track record of delivering successful exhibitions and events both in-person and virtual.
  • Experienced in planning,coordinating and delivering multiple, complex events; from large exhibitions in different geographies, to inhouse large conferences/event and smaller more personalised events to drive demand
  • Experience of working with a wide range of event suppliers, including onsite and external contractors
  • Event budget management experience
  • Health & Safety management experience, including writing risk assessments
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset – comfortable using analytics to measure success of any event activity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ask questions and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects/programs with minimal direction
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport is an advantage.
