About The Company:

Our client is at the forefront of creating immersive tech experiences through their Tech Rally (TR) Program. They bring the latest high-tech computer solutions directly to clients with their state-of-the-art mobile and fixed showcases.


Role Overview:

They’re seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Coordinator to join their team. You’ll manage the daily operations of their Tech Rally Residency (TRR) and Tech Rally Mobile (TRM) in EMEA, ensuring seamless event execution and top-notch customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Manage appointments, communicate with clients, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Event Management: Oversee event logistics, setup, and breakdown.
  • Admin Tasks: Handle recordkeeping, inventory, budgets, and system updates.
  • Tech Support: Manage tech systems, troubleshoot, and train staff.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on event outcomes and customer feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, events, PR, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in event planning or experiential marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and tech-savvy.
  • Ability to travel (25%) and work independently.


With the role having a focus across EMEA, the ability to speak French or German would be a huge bonus
