What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Your strategic insight, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of social media will be crucial in driving the success of our campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships
  • Understand clients’ business goals, brand identity, and target audience to develop tailored influencer marketing strategies
  • Develop, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Identify and recruit the most suitable influencers to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of campaign content, ensuring it meets quality standards and brand guidelines
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, including insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with creative, social media, and influencer management teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.


Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, influencer marketing, or social media, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
