Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of negotiation and contract signing, achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and positioning our products or services as solutions.
  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand the customer's pain points, goals, and decision-making process, and tailor sales presentations and proposals accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales development team to follow up on qualified leads and opportunities.


Account Executive Qualification

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, particularly in the U.S., Europe, Latin America, or Southeast Asia markets.
  • Near-native proficiency in English in both speaking and writing.
  • Strong process orientation with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to work with customers in night shifts.
  • Demonstrated skills in needs discovery and consultative selling, with a strong sense of curiosity and business acumen
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and deliver operational excellence and commitment to goals.
