Job responsibilities:
1. Handle incorporation of UK companies for various clients, handling online corporate filings for portfolio companies with the Companies House, track annual compliance requirements, send timely reminders to clients for documentation/ information required, maintain and update client files, update statutory registers from time, prepare templates for Board/ Shareholders’ meetings, handle mail forwarding/ correspondence for client companies.
2. Complete incoming process agent requests – providing fee quotes, drafting appointment agreements based on templates, reviewing transactional documents and updating the database.
3. Handle retrieval of corporate and lien documents from public records in the UK and other jurisdictions.
4. Assist with company incorporation and compliance internationally, including the United States
5. Facilitate apostille and legalization of documents from Foreign and Commonwealth Office/ foreign Embassies. This involves visiting the offices of FCO/ Embassies in London from time to time.
6. Issue invoices for all services rendered and handle monthly collection follow ups.
7. Handle all administrative duties such mail sorting, ordering supplies, managing supplier relationships, arranging couriers and posts etc.
8. Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
]Skills / Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s Degree with some legal experience ideally as a Corporate Paralegal or
Company Secretarial Assistant
1-2 years of experience at a law firm or a service company
Excellent time management and organization skills
Customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills - European language is a definite plus
Team worker with learning mindset
