Corporate Finance Senior Job Description

Your new company, a mid-tier accountancy firm based in Central London, is seeking a Corporate Finance Senior to join their expanding Corporate Finance department. The firm provides a range of compliance and business advisory services to small OMBs through to large international companies.

Your New Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering buy-side advisory and financial due diligence services to a diverse range of clients across various industries. A key aspect of this position is report writing and advising clients. As you become established in the team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in lead advisory assignments.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality buy-side advisory services and prepare comprehensive financial due diligence reports
  • Assist with pitching and proposal preparation, including scope and fee
  • Discuss findings and issues with clients, providing effective solutions
  • Understand and respond to client needs, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Plan and execute corporate finance assignments to the agreed level with the respective Manager
  • Effectively manage time and costs, reporting to the Manager or Partner on any budget deviations
  • Understand the assignment specification agreed with the client and report any changes to the Manager (or Partner)
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified from an audit background
  • Ideal experience in writing financial due diligence reports
  • Ideal experience working with financial models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in liaising with colleagues and clients
