Corporate Finance Specialist

About the Role
Hays Senior Finance is seeking a Corporate Finance Senior to join their expanding Corporate Finance department. The ideal candidate will have experience in buy-side advisory and financial due diligence services, with a strong background in report writing and client advising.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality buy-side advisory services and prepare comprehensive financial due diligence reports
- Assist with pitching and proposal preparation, including scope and fee
- Discuss findings and issues with clients, providing solutions and recommendations
- Understand and respond to client needs, ensuring effective communication and delivery
- Plan and execute corporate finance assignments to agreed specifications
- Manage time and costs effectively, reporting to managers or partners as needed
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified from an audit background
- Experience writing financial due diligence reports and working with financial models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in liaising with colleagues and clients
