An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Coordinator to join a dynamic, family-owned homebuilding company due to the increase in their workload. This role is ideal for candidates based in Gloucestershire, with the flexibility for weekly travel to the Head Office in Bristol and various residential project sites across the South West region. You will ideally come from an engineering background and have experience working on UK-based residential projects, although this is desirable. I am keen to speak to other candidates who could be suitable too.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate technical aspects of residential development projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the design, planning, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams, ensuring a clear understanding of designs and specifications.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- UK-based experience, ideally in residential construction or engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of building regulations and residential project development.
- Background in engineering (preferably structural).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Does not require sponsorship in the UK
Benefits:
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
- Hybrid working options, with flexibility for site visits and office work.
- Career development opportunities with a well-established company.
- Opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-thinking organisation.
- Collaborative work environment with a strong focus on innovation and quality.
- Company benefits package, including travel allowance for site visits.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Technical Coordinator to join a company that values its people and offers opportunities for career progression.
