Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for corporate governance and a keen eye for detail? We are currently working with one of the world’s largest Asset Management firms who are seeking a Company Secretarial Vice President to join its dynamic team. This role promises not just a position, but a platform for growth, influence, and professional fulfilment.


Key responsibilities include ensuring that the highest governance standards are being applied at all times to a range of companies with domiciles across EMEA. Ensuring that communications between the Boards and Committees and the business operate effectively and to the highest standards and that all applicable governance requirements are met and that standard company secretarial activities are completed in a timely and effective manner. The role also involves building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Chairpersons and Directors of each entity for which you are responsible. This role will be given a lot of autonomy and will provide you with the opportunity mould the role to your strengths.


To thrive in this role, the candidate should possess a strong background in company secretarial practice within the financial services sector. A thorough understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification such as ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) or equivalent, and have significant experience in a similar role.

The role will operate on a 4 days a week in the office basis and will require international travel once a quarter.
