DMJ Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent Asset Management organization in search of a Company Secretarial Vice President to enhance their esteemed team. This opportunity offers not merely a job, but a chance for significant professional development and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the application of the highest standards of governance across various entities within EMEA.
- Facilitate effective communication between Boards, Committees, and the business, ensuring all governance requirements are met.
- Oversee standard company secretarial tasks, ensuring they are executed efficiently and punctually.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with Chairpersons and Directors of the respective entities.
- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to tailor the role to your strengths.
Qualifications:
- A robust background in company secretarial practice, particularly within the financial services industry.
- A comprehensive understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Professional qualifications such as ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) or equivalent are essential.
- Extensive experience in a comparable role is highly desirable.
Work Arrangement: This position operates on a four-day in-office schedule, with international travel required quarterly.
