You'll become a key player in a rapidly scaling startup, gaining hands-on experience with investment deals within the fast-paced, entrepreneurial music and A&R ecosystem.

As the Strategic Deal Executive, you’ll manage two A&R Executives who will identify and introduce artists aligned with the company’s investment strategy. In this role, you'll blend commercial acumen with a passion for music, working at the intersection of analytics and artist relations. Ultimately, you'll lead negotiations, close deals, and support artists through the royalty transaction process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with A&R, Underwriting, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • People management (team of 2, up to 10 as the company expands across Europe)

  • Expertise in data analysis, pricing, revenue forecasting and deal structuring
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on complex deal structures.
