We are seeking a behavioural workplace change manager to play a critical role in shaping the future of a market leading professional services client who are embarking on a forward-thinking programme to improve their workplace culture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyse, plan, and implement effective change management strategies focused on employee behaviour and workplace dynamics. You will work closely with all departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and sustained improvements in the context of a far-reaching workplace strategy programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans to drive behavioural change in alignment with the workplace strategy programme
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current workplace behaviours and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement interventions, workshops, town halls and training programs to promote positive behavioural changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate behavioural change initiatives with broader organisational strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
  • Communicate change management plans and progress effectively to all within the company


You will need solid experience in not only designing wide reaching workplace and behaviour change programmes but taking them through to execution. You will need first class stakeholder engagement skills as this is a challenging programme.
