Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Payroll Specialist)

Job Location: Sunbury-on-Thames (hybrid)

Contract Length: Until 31st May 2025

Industry: Oil and Energy

Working hours: 36.25 per week


Role Overview:

Join our team in Sunbury-on-Thames as a Payroll Administrator in the Oil and Energy industry. You will be responsible for accurately inputting payroll data into the SAP system, addressing pay-related inquiries, processing new hire paperwork, managing absence reports, utilizing Excel spreadsheets and Salesforce cases, and overseeing payroll data preparation and monitoring. This role requires both independent work and collaboration with the internal payroll team under the guidance of the Payroll Team Leader


Your responsibilities:

  • Enter payroll data into SAP system
  • Respond to pay queries
  • Process new starter declarations
  • Handle absence reports
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets and Salesforce cases
  • Prepare and monitor payroll data for processing


What you will have:
