We are now working with one of the leading global banks, who truly have employee culture at the heart of everything they do. The firm in question are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their London office for a 12 month FTC. The reason for this 12-month contract is due to an internal secondment, therefore they require a payroll professional with excellent UK payroll knowledge to help with the BAU work.


In this role, you will become responsible for administrating the UK payroll for an established firm with a large headcount and a variety of responsibilities, so it is essential that you have previously demonstrated success in fast-paced environments prior and showed an adaptability to adjust to the workload presented to you.

The daily responsibilities you will find as the Payroll Administrator include:

  • Being the person in charge of reconciling the payroll and HR data.
  • Reviewing and updating the payroll data as needed.
  • Having the ability to prepare adhoc payroll data reconciliations and provide timely deductions.
  • Taking responsibility. for the payroll analytical support to the business as and when needed.


The client is currently searching for a person with corporate experience who has worked in a comparable role prior. Ideally, someone who can come in and be a key member of their payroll team with experience of large organisational UK payroll.
