You will join a large IT consultancy who are driving digital transformation of the world's leading financial organisations. My client has a passion for technology and thrives on collaboration with their clients. They have a diverse and inclusive working environment and have been certified for 2022/2023 as a 'Great place to work' in the UK. They are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to provide evidence-based in class services and solutions to build a high performance culture.


Main responsibilities:

  • Sole payroller processing the monthly payroll from start to finish including processing joiners, leavers, benefits, statutory payments etc.
  • Process holiday, sick pay, maternity and paternity payments
  • P11D processing in compliance with HMRC guidelines
  • Responsible for ensuring BACS payments are accurate and timely
  • Act as a first point of contact for payroll related questions from both internal and external customers
  • Reconcile benefits providers and help with benefits selection


Benefits:

  • Salary: £60,000 FTE (Pro-rata'd to £39,000)
  • Hybrid working options: 1 day in the office

  • 25 days annual leave increasing by 1 day for every 2 years of service up to a total of 29 days.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with 3rd party payroll suppliers (preferably ADP)
  • Strong experience completing payroll related activities
  • Experience with benefits selection
  • People management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Accounting and finance skills
