We are seeking a dedicated Production Administrator to join our Temp Payroll team, responsible for processing payments to temporary employees on a weekly basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Run all weekly payrolls in a structured and organised manner.
  • Check and reconcile daily payroll runs and produce associated spreadsheets.
  • Update and maintain Payroll Schedules and Payroll Procedures Manual.
  • Handle queries/escalations promptly, ensuring responses are within SLA agreements.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Maintain the highest level of payroll security and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities relevant to the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • GCSE Maths and English qualifications (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
  • Experience in a Payroll position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and databases.
  • Experience in administration within a process-driven environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and numeracy skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and resilience in handling difficult queries.
  • Calm and methodical approach to daily issues.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
