As their reputation in the Social space has grown, they now have a number of clients who are Social only or, have a large amount of their integrated budget assigned to Paid Social.


A vibrant agency spanning across a number of different industries, they now pride themselves as being one of the sought after places to work in 2024. This company considers each and every hire very carefully, meaning the team turnover is few and far between. They take great pride in the work environment they have created and are now looking for individuals who are ready to step up their career and take the agency to the next level.


About the role...

Due to recent expansion and future plans to really carve out a big Paid Social media presence, we are looking for somebody who can lead and be the internal point of contact for all things Paid Social. You will be working closely with other leads within the Paid Media team, so cross-collaboration between performance, social and search will be part of your day-to-day.


You will still be involved in end-to-end paid social strategy from taking the brief with the Senior Leadership team, to creating a plan of action, activation, ideation, sign offs and analysis of figures to present back to the client and internal directors. You can expect to work very closely with other Head's of / Account Directors in different silo's within the business to ensure you are collaborating seamlessly. The aim is to grow and develop the existing portfolio that the agency has (which is very sizeable) but to take the lead on developing new ideas, business and opportunities. Being actively involved in new business and pitching paid social will be a key part of your role.


About you...

You will have at least 6 or 7 years experience in social media and at least 3 of those most recent years will have been with a paid social focus. Your passion for paid social is reflected in your work with. Notable successes in your paid social work will outline your drive for conversion and lead generation and success in generating revenue for your clients.


Tools and business suites that you are proficient in will include; Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Analytics.


You will have demonstrable experience working across a range of different internal teams to be part of the bigger picture when it comes to meeting deadlines and hitting targets.


The next career move for you is to organise and build a strong Paid Social offering. You will be keen to train and mentor juniors and teach them the best ways of working when it comes to delivering the best service to clients. You will be keen to lead from the front and strengthen and grow a team around you, in time.
