We are recruiting for an experienced Account Director who will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving business growth. You will be seen as a partner capable of delivering significant Framework Contracts and proactively recommending solutions and strategies to help the customer deliver its strategic goals.


What you will do.

  • Develop strategies with the Strategic Account Director, which will deliver incremental value to the customer from the installed Tracsis products and solutions at targeted strategic accounts.
  • Establish and develop strategic business relationships (at both executive and operational levels) with the targeted customers.
  • Promote the value of the Tracsis solution portfolio and the benefits to the customer.
  • Ensure the targeted customers are achieving the full value of the entire Tracsis solution portfolio.
  • Establish and develop relationships with partners and alliances in the targeted accounts which impact or improve the Tracsis proposition.
  • Attend and contribute to relevant industry events and organisations.
  • Responsibility for applicable License, Professional Services, Hardware, Annuals, and Subscription revenues and profitability, and other applicable targets within the targeted accounts.
  • Provide accurate and dependable sales forecasts.
  • Successfully meet account growth targets (both NRR and ARR) as defined by the SLT, by promoting and selling (cross sell and upsell) solutions and services from the Tracsis Rail Tech portfolio.
  • Manage the process of developing high quality, memorable presentations and proposals to customers, prospects and industry forums which solve customer and industry problems. • Own the development and execution of account plans and strategies.

Who you’ll be.

  • Experience managing enterprise level accounts.
  • Proven negotiation and commercial deal-making skills.
  • Rail industry experience or other applicable industries would be desirable.
  • A business understanding of enterprise and SaaS software for asset intensive, infrastructure.
  • Experience of delivering and overseeing small to medium sized projects.
  • Proven drive and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrable sense of urgency and Solution-oriented.
  • Ability to motivate and influence a virtual team to achieve a desired outcome.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships.
