This agency is at the forefront of group of well established agencies and combined, are leading the pack when it comes to multi-disciplinary agencies. This role is to sit within the creative arm of the group but will allow the right individual to sit across and closely work and communicate with their other agencies to ensure alignment on the overall goal.
About the role...
This role is to sit underneath the Social Media Lead and to take ownership of the agencies Influencer projects and campaigns. You will have a team around you to help with day-to-day activation and content creation but will be working heavily on accounts of your own that require influencer partnership.
You will look after between 3-5 of your own accounts and will be responsible for the end-to-end social and influencer strategy for these clients. Although this agency does have a dedicated Client Services team, you will still be liaising with your client contact as regularly as required.
Brief taking, brainstorming and ideation, reaching out and building an established network of influencers, monitoring success of campaigns and reporting will all be a pivotal part of this role.
This is a solid team of Social experts who work collaboratively together and are really keen to foster a culture that supports individuals in their own career as well as benefiting the agency.
About you...
You may currently be a Social Media Manager with a strong bias in Influencer or a straight up Influencer Manager with knowledge of the broader Social Media landscape.
You will be passionate about working with online content creators and influencers and be on top of trends before they become widely popular online. You should have made some good connections within the industry to understand and know what collaborators would be beneficial to work with on certain projects and why.
You will be really passionate about the effects of influencer marketing and keen to make a positive difference in this space.
You personality and attitude will be infectious and you can work with anybody from different teams as and when required.
