We are seeking a Sales Partnerships Lead for the EMEA region to manage and expand our key partnership with Microsoft, focusing on driving innovation and growth within FMCG and CPG retail accounts. If you excel at building strong partnerships and have a passion for retail technology, this position is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Evaluate Opportunities: Research, identify, and assess partnership opportunities specifically within the FMCG and CPG retail sectors. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover areas for strategic collaboration and growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in FMCG and CPG partner organizations. Understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives to effectively position our retail technology solutions.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with internal teams—product development, marketing, and sales—to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate to create tailored solutions that resonate with FMCG and CPG partners.
  • Lead Negotiations: Drive negotiations with potential partners, develop partnership agreements, and ensure successful deal closures. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets related to FMCG and CPG partnership initiatives. Continuously monitor and report on partnership performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the FMCG and CPG sectors. Provide valuable insights to internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Representation & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential FMCG and CPG partners and stakeholders.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience in partnership sales within the FMCG and CPG retail technology sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG and CPG industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German. Additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Target-Driven: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as required.
