Job Summary:

As an Affiliate Manager at a new premier affiliate casino site, you will be at the forefront of managing and scaling their affiliate partnerships. Your key responsibility will be to drive traffic and revenue growth by working closely with affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring that our affiliate program remains competitive and attractive. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming or online casino space, along with a strong understanding of affiliate dynamics and digital marketing strategies.


· Key Responsibilities:

· Affiliate Program Development:

· Lead the management and expansion of the affiliate program, including recruiting new affiliates, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring program profitability.

· Design and implement affiliate strategies that align with overall business goals, focusing on player acquisition and retention.

· Create attractive commission structures, promotional offers, and incentives to drive affiliate engagement and performance.

· Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding:

· Identify, evaluate, and recruit new affiliates that align with our brand and can deliver high-quality traffic.

· Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new affiliates are equipped with the necessary tools, guidelines, and support to start generating traffic quickly.

· Conduct thorough vetting of new affiliates to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

· Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

· Regularly monitor affiliate performance, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

· Optimize affiliate campaigns by testing new marketing strategies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

· Collaborate with affiliates to improve campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

· Relationship Management:

· Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing timely support, resolving issues, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

· Develop joint marketing initiatives with top-performing affiliates, including special promotions, events, and content collaborations.

· Maintain regular communication with affiliates to keep them informed of new offers, updates, and best practices.


Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in affiliate management, particularly within the iGaming or online casino industry.

· Demonstrated success in driving traffic and revenue growth through affiliate partnerships.

· Experience with affiliate tracking software, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HasOffers, Post Affiliate Pro).


Skills:

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and grow a diverse affiliate network.

· Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

· Proficient in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media, as they relate to affiliate marketing.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
