We're seeking a dynamic Digital Campaign Manager to take full responsibility of Sosandar's performance marketing channels, with in-depth focus on PPC & Paid Social, helping us drive conversions, increase sales, and improve customer acquisition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performance Marketing Strategist: Own and execute performance marketing strategies across key channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads (PPC), and Affiliate Marketing to ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.
- Paid Social Expert: Develop, implement, and manage high-impact paid social campaigns across social platforms. Ensure that every ad captures attention, drives engagement, and leads to conversions.
- PPC Powerhouse: Manage and optimize our PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and continuously improve campaign structure, targeting, and bid strategies to maximize performance.
- Affiliate Marketing Leader: Build and grow our affiliate marketing program, working with partners to drive quality traffic and expand brand visibility. Track performance and ensure that partners are delivering ROI-positive results.
- Data-Driven Optimizer: Analyse performance metrics to track progress toward the businesses core KPIs. Use insights from data to inform optimizations, adjust bidding strategies, and scale winning campaigns. Lead A/B testing initiatives across all performance channels to continuously refine and improve campaigns.
- Creative Collaborator: Work closely with the creative team to develop visually compelling, high-converting ad creatives. Test various combinations to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
- Industry Innovator: Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with the latest trends and emerging tools in the world of paid social, PPC, and affiliate marketing. Be the first to test new features and platforms to keep us competitive.
- Budget & ROI Master: You know how to manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring that each channel delivers strong ROI and contributes to the overall growth of the business.
- Team Player: Support wider marketing and retail teams with in store creative and launch campaigns. Ensuring that each store launch is given maximum reach and awareness.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a core focus on paid social, PPC, and affiliate marketing channels.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns.
- A strong understanding of key performance metrics and experience managing large-scale budgets to optimize for these outcomes.
- A passion for testing and optimization, with hands-on experience running A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Analytical skills, you can interpret data quickly and accurately to make smart marketing decisions.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work with cross-functional teams to bring digital marketing strategies to life.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A thirst for continuous learning and professional development, always seeking out the latest trends, tools, and techniques in performance marketing.
