This role is office based in Salisbury

You do need to be eligible for SC and DV Clearance

What you'll be doing:
  • Own the first and second-line support for PC's, laptops, peripherals, and printers
  • Dive into building, configuring, and solving desktop and laptop systems
  • Respond to incident requests, internal works orders, and other queries, ensuring flawless operation via the Service Management tool
  • Install encryption software and add users to Active Directory software groups
  • Install, configure, and maintain network printers, and support remote access connections

What you'll bring:
  • Desktop experience at a 2nd Line level in a complex IT support environment
  • Navigate Windows 10, Microsoft applications, Office, SharePoint, and Outlook smoothly
  • Understand Thin Client environments, Citrix, VMWare, LAN/WAN technologies, and systems management
  • Ability to optimally fix applications and hardware in a customer-focused environment
  • Familiar with ITIL practices

It would be great if you had:
  • Familiarity with SysTrack
  • Knowledge of Sysinternals Tools, including Procmon
