We are seeking a Senior Learner Recruitment Manager to join our professional and dynamic team, playing a key role within our Skills City Division to attract and enrol learners through strategic engagement and relationship-building efforts.

The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Design and deliver engaging and informative career and employment workshops tailored to all bootcamp learners.
Develop workshop materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.
Educate students on various career topics such as, Career pathways, Qualifications, CV’s, LinkedIn, Technical Assessments, Interview Preparation and more.
Adapt workshop content to meet the specific needs of learners in each specialised field.
Stay updated on current job market trends included but not limited to, industry demands, and emerging career opportunities in Data Analytics, AI Software Engineering, Cloud Security, and Games Engine.
Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of career workshops and make improvements as needed.
Provide learners with relevant labour market information and insights to help them make informed career decisions.
Ensure all administrative tasks surrounding the career workshops are completed to a high standard, including accurately recording attendance for all career workshops.
Upload workshop recordings and materials to the appropriate platforms for learner access.
Support management with networking opportunities for learners by organising career fairs, employer panels, guest speakers and networking events.
Develop and maintain a repository of career-related resources accessible to all learners via Skills City Portal.
Stay informed about advancements in career coaching methodologies and continuously improve coaching techniques and workshop content.
Ensure all career coaching activities comply with institutional policies and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of all learner information and records, in line with GDPR.
Collaborate and communicate with other departments across IN4 Group/Skills City.
Skills and Experience:
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging workshops and presentations to diverse groups of learners.
Strong public speaking skills with confidence in speaking to large groups.
Comfortable and effective in presenting with a camera on for virtual sessions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Active listening skills to understand learners’ needs and concerns.
People Skills - Friendly, kind and welcoming demeanour to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds.
Empathy and patience in dealing with learners’ career concerns and aspirations.
Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for online workshops.
