Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new customers to fuel the growth of our clients business. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target prospective customers.
• Present our clients mission effectively to potential clients.
• Convert people into customers through strong relationship-building and closing skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
• Meet or exceed acquisition and conversion targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and surpass targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
