Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and support endoscopy products in the Midlands down to North London. In the role you'll play a crucial role in expanding market share and building strong connections with healthcare professionals across the region. Your work will involve presenting and supporting endoscopy products, providing technical training, and developing a business plan to boost sales and manage competitive challenges.
This opportunity could be a perfect fit if you have a background in endoscopy sales and a passion for driving results in a strategic, patient-centred role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and selling endoscopy products to healthcare professionals and facilities.
- Provide in-depth technical training and support for endoscopy devices to medical personnel.
- Develop and maintain a strategic business plan to boost sales, mitigate risks, and track competitor activity.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in clinical and non-clinical settings.
- Collaborate with internal sales, commercial, and business integration teams to enhance customer support and service.
- Engage in exhibitions, assist with product evaluations, and ensure compliance with quality and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Medical Device Sales
- Experience in leading procedural theatre support
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and numerical data analysis.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
- Understanding of endoscopic products and procedures is also highly desirable
This role allows for independent work that directly influences endoscopy product sales and enhances patient care in the region.
