In the role you'll play a crucial role in expanding market share and building strong connections with healthcare professionals across the region. Your work will involve presenting and supporting endoscopy products, providing technical training, and developing a business plan to boost sales and manage competitive challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and selling endoscopy products to healthcare professionals and facilities.
  • Provide in-depth technical training and support for endoscopy devices to medical personnel.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic business plan to boost sales, mitigate risks, and track competitor activity.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in clinical and non-clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, commercial, and business integration teams to enhance customer support and service.
  • Engage in exhibitions, assist with product evaluations, and ensure compliance with quality and confidentiality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Medical Device Sales
  • Experience in leading procedural theatre support
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and numerical data analysis.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
  • Understanding of endoscopic products and procedures is also highly desirable


This role allows for independent work that directly influences endoscopy product sales and enhances patient care in the region.
