As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Be yourself
  • Undertake Duty Manager shifts as required to support the team
  • Work alongside the General Manager to devise new ways of moving the Leonardo Hotels brand forward in your hotel
  • Support with the delivery of new starter induction and Guest Care training, ensuring all team members are offering great hospitality to our brand standards
  • Actively monitor recruitment requirements in your hotel to support the operation (and your current team)
  • Have good knowledge of the local area to drive business opportunities for your hotel
  • Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
