Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 chefs.
- Menu Development: Design and implement creative and contemporary British menus.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Budget Management: Manage food costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent dining experiences for our guests.
What They Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £42K plus tronc
- Generous Holiday: 28 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after time served.
