Role Overview:

Support fellow members of the Customer Services team in the processing of transactions for various denominations of customers. Interaction with other areas of the Bank will be required to ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction targets are realised.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Various duties within Customer Services
  • Processing Retail Deposits
  • Speaking to Retail Deposit clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Nostro Reconciliations
  • Processing Debit Card applications and support
  • Processing Internet Banking applications and support
  • Processing SWIFT inflows into client’s accounts


Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Proven knowledge of Nostro Reconciliations systems reconciliations
  • All round Retail Banking knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of SWIFT
  • Attention to detail
  • Aptitude to learn
  • Problem solving
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent numeracy skills

This is a 12 Month FTC position paying up to £50,000 based on experience.
