We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estate Manager to oversee the smooth running and upkeep of our developments post-construction and handover. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in property management, estate management, or portfolio management. A relevant degree or qualification in Estate Management would be highly advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the upkeep and smooth running of developments post construction and handover.
  • Work with the managing agents to achieve exceptional customer service in managing and maintaining places where people aspire to live.
  • Keep ahead of changing legislation and best practice over a wide and diverse range of disciplines.
  • Facilitating engagement between the developer and managing agent to mobilise new developments ahead of construction completion and first occupation.
  • Engaging with the design team and architects advising on design for management inclusions within the front of house facilities for the management of high end mixed use developments.
  • Responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered by the developer and their appointed managing agent. Achieved through actively reviewing processes prior to construction and post completion.
  • Reviewing managing agent performance against pre agreed deliverables.
  • Assisting managing agents in defect resolution management post mobilisation and handover.
  • Point of contact for incident management - working alongside the appointed managing agent to stabilise unforeseen events and seek swift resolutions whilst minimising impact to the ongoing management of the affected development.
