Client Side Estates Manager

Due to expansion they are looking to add an Estates Manager to their existing team.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Monitoring Managing Agents’ performance to ensure timely resolution of issues, in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirement
  • Conducting monthly consultations with internal and external stakeholders, including RSL’s and other freeholders to collaborate on the specific needs of each development
  • Designing and setting up resident portals prior to project completion and handover
  • Support the review of Estate Management facilities on existing and upcoming developments
  • Facilitating regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure project progress and high standards are consistently maintained
  • Contributing to the tendering and appointment of Managing Agents for upcoming developments, including management agreements
  • Reviewing annual service charge budgets for both pipeline and live schemes in collaboration with Managing Agent to ensure best value for the business.
  • Consult with the construction teams on the progress of upcoming completing blocks
  • Overseeing the planned preventative maintenance of the estate and ensuring that the development is always presentable.
  • Ensuring that the commitment to delivering excellent customer service is maintained through effective communication with customers, new and existing.


The role would suit an existing Estates Manager who has a record of working on residential led, high value projects on behalf of a developer and is looking to move client side, or someone who is already working within a developer that would like to work for on a fantastic set of projects.


Consideration would also be given to someone stepping into this role that would like to take the next step in their career.
