About the Role:

As a Delivery Operations Specialist in our Quote-To-Cash department, you will play a crucial role in managing global operational processes and ensuring the smooth delivery of product licenses and software post-sales.

Your focus will be on optimising efficiency, revenue, and margin performance while maintaining high standards of process consistency and scalability.

This position will allow you to collaborate with various departments, build a comprehensive customer products database, and make a tangible impact on our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage Customer Software Delivery: Oversee the generation of licenses and creation of assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. Collaborate with internal departments to manage and maintain customer data effectively.

Support Internal Teams: Provide operational support to internal teams by addressing questions and inquiries, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations.


Maintain Documentation and Knowledge Base: Keep process documentation and the operations knowledge base up to date, ensuring all team members have access to current information and best practices.


Streamline Operations: Identify opportunities for workflow and process enhancements to improve efficiency, particularly during high-volume periods like the end of the quarter and fiscal year.


Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with multiple departments, including finance, legal, sales, and product teams, to ensure quality processes and alignment across the organization.


Qualifications:


Experience:

1-2 years of experience managing post-sale processes, particularly in a high-volume environment.

Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.


Skills:


Strong process-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Self-learner with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.


Language:


Fluency in English is required as it is the key language of communication within the team and the company.
