London, UK, United Kingdom Nuffield Health Full time

Who is Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity? We are. Through our award-winning hospitals and leisure facilities, we’re looking after the nation’s health like no one else. We’ll give you more time to care for and get to know your patients and their families. So, if you want to work where you can bring your passion for nursing to life, look no further.

As a Clinical Specialist in Transgender Health, you will operate autonomously with an extended and advanced scope of practice, providing clinical leadership and specialist knowledge and skills that enable the delivery of the highest quality, patient care: care that is patient-centred, evidence-based, brand-defining and innovative; delivered in line with organisational, regulatory and governance requirements.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will:

• Promote the Nuffield Way of Caring, role-modelling brand values and ensuring exceptional standards of patient care

• Partner and collaborate with other specialist clinicians and clinical leaders within the organisation to develop and implement protocols and pathways which create seamless patient care

• Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs

• Promote effective clinical risk management – undertaking risk assessments and investigations (relevant to sphere of practice), developing mitigation and escalation plans and contributing towards the maintenance of the risk register

Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital is one of the leading private hospitals in South-West London. We opened in 1983 and are located opposite Wimbledon Common. Our hospital is easily accessible from Central London and the surrounding areas.

For over 35 years, we have provided first-class independent healthcare for the local community
