Role Overview:


As a Skin Specialist Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of advanced treatments to our discerning clients. Your expertise in laser devices, personalized treatment plans, and your strong commercial acumen will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ experience and supporting the clinic’s growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert consultations and perform a range of advanced skin and laser treatments with precision and care.
  • Develop customized treatment plans to achieve optimal client results, ensuring a luxury experience at every touchpoint.
  • Operate and maintain laser devices and other high-end aesthetic equipment safely and effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness by identifying opportunities to promote treatments, packages, and products that benefit both the client and clinic.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic team to drive client satisfaction, retention, and overall clinic success.
  • Maintain impeccable treatment rooms, upholding clinic standards and ensuring a seamless, hygienic environment.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the aesthetics industry.

Key Requirements:


  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (NVQ Level 4 preferred).
  • Proven experience in a luxury or high-end clinic, with expertise in advanced skin treatments and laser devices.
  • Strong knowledge of skin care products, techniques, and technologies.
  • Results-driven with a keen sense of commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales and upsell services.
  • Passionate about aesthetics and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work clinic hours, including weekends as needed.
